Remote Assistance in Intune

Go to the TeamViewer Official Website and Register here. So click on Register.

Fill up the detail and click on Sign Up.

Then Login your TeamViewer Account.

Go to the Design & Deploy, for creating the Remote Host click on Plus icon and click on Host.

Here we edit Title, Logo, Text color and Background color. Fill the name and click on Save.

Here we can Copy Download Link and Download Custom Module Installer and Download Custom Configuration.

Go to the MEM Console, Click on Tenant Administration and go to the Connectors and Tokens.

Here go to the TeamViewer Connector, and click on Connect then click on OK.

Here click on Log in to TeamViewer to authorize.

Sign in with TeamViewer Id & Password.

Allow the Permissions.

Here click on Refresh and we can seen the Connection status is Active.

Go to the Devices then go to the All Devices and open with that we have connected.  Here click on Three dots and follow the blow Screenshot.

Go to the Company Portal and click on the Notification.

Here click on Download Single-use TeamViewer. Then we will get the exe file. After download run the exe file.

Click on Yes.

So now this is Ready to Connect.

Here we get the Popup click on Allow.

Here we can send chat message.

Here Click on the Start meeting.

Here we can use many features in the Meeting.

Here we can Share the Screen.
