First of all Download the Remote help .exe<\/i> file from Microsoft official website.<\/p>

We have already downloaded as we can see blow Screenshot.<\/p>

Go to the MEM<\/strong> Console, go to the\u00a0Apps,\u00a0<\/strong> go to the All Apps\u00a0<\/strong>and click on the Remotehelpinstaller.exe\u00a0<\/strong>follow the blow Screenshot.<\/p>

Here we can see the Remote help Overview.<\/p>

Go to the Properties<\/strong>, Here we can Edit<\/strong> and Modify<\/strong> many detail, Like we can see the blow Screenshot.<\/p>

Go to the Tenant Administration<\/strong>, Go to the Remote Help (Preview) <\/strong>then select the Setting, <\/strong>as we can seen the blow Screenshot. Now we have to Enable<\/strong> the Remote Help<\/strong> and Allow<\/strong> the Remote Help to Unrolled Devices<\/strong> and click on\u00a0Save.<\/strong><\/p>

Go to the Devices,<\/strong> go to the All Devices<\/strong> then click on the DESKTOP-8D1P48S<\/strong>.<\/p>
